   Petwatch Cattery Terms and Conditions .                                                                                                                                                                                                        

Cats will NOT be accepted for boarding without a VALID and UP TO DATE vaccination card for immunisation against Feline Enteritis and Upper Respiratory Infection (cat Flu).

If you are unsure of whether your cat’s vaccinations are up to date, please contact your veterinary surgery prior to arrival.   

 All cats must be transported to and from the cattery in a safe and secure pet carrier. 

 Owners must inform us at the time of booking and arrival at the cattery of any medical history which may affect the cats stay at the cattery, including any pre-existing or recurring medical conditions. 

Veterinary consent form must be signed prior to boarding

We reserve the right to refuse admission of any cats showing signs of illness pending veterinary advice.      

 If your cat develops a medical condition or suffers an injury whilst boarding with us, the cat will be removed to a veterinary surgeon’s care.

We reserve the right to contact the owner’s veterinary surgeon to discuss any past or current medical problems. We shall also use reasonable endeavours to contact the owner, or the owner’s representative, however, if contact with the owner, or the owner’s representative, is not possible any treatment deemed necessary by the cattery veterinary surgeon will be carried out without the owners’ consent.                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

 Medication:

If your cat needs medical attention whilst boarding at Petwatch Cattery, it is covered by our insurance.

However, any veterinary fees which are incurred by Petwatch Cattery for treating a cat for a previous/on-going medical condition will be the responsibility of the owner and will be charged to the owner

Boarding rates: included includes all food (except prescription diets), beddings, litter, chalet heating and insurance. 

Boarding Rates: are charged daily including the day of arrival and departure.

 A  50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking ( upto a maximum of £50.00) to Secure your booking .Payment Method: Cash , Card or Bank Transfer.

Deposit must be pay in 48 hours of enquire or you will need to enquire again to make sure or dates are still available. 



Less than 3 days boarding is permissible, but there is minimum 3 days charge.

Except for the Christmas period :

Less than 5 days boarding is permissible, but there is minimum 5 days charge.

 All dates that are booked must be paid in full. No refund for cancelled days or early return

 Sharing of accommodation is only available to compatible cats from the same household and consent must be given to separate the cats, if necessary, via a ‘multi-cat consent’ on the boarding contract form.

All cats over 6 months of age must be Neutered or Spayed 

 PLEASE NOTE THE TIMES FOR BRING AND COLLECTING YOUR DOGS 

 OPEN: Mon – Sat: 9am – 12 noon & 3pm – 5pm 

 Sunday : 9am until 12 noon CLOSED All Bank Holidays

  If you cannot make these time’s you will need to book and pay for another day,
